B. Include information from the above key areas to the specific agency official investigations:

                       Identification and Assessment, Scene Description, Case Investigation, Photographs, Video and
                       Audio Evidence, Evidence and Disposition, and Summary and Case Disposition.

                   C. Include any specific functions of the agency – laboratory tests, digital forensics, evidence
                       collected and examined, etc.



                3. CFDI Additional Investigative Review and Analysis

                   This section will include any additional investigation by the CFDI, with their review and analysis of
                   the same. Disclosure of this work-product must be coordinated with the defense attorney, as the

                   purpose will be to assist with the defense positions which may be disclosed to the prosecution to
                   further the confidential defense strategy.



                   Subsections will include the specific agencies, court filings, etc. and summaries of the review.

                   A. For each task list the source, process, and a synopsis.
                   B. Include any independent information, including Scene Description, Photographs and other

                       recordings, relevant witness statements, and any consistent or inconsistent findings to the
                       official investigations.

                   C. Include any specific independent examination findings permitted to disclose, such as
                       laboratory tests, digital forensics, evidence collected and examined, etc.




                4. Fact Finding Conclusions
                   This section should include only the facts and information determined from the CFDI’s review and
                   analysis – not including any opinions or conclusions from opinions, which may be construed as an

                   expert opinion; any opinions and conclusions of the CFDI requested by the defense attorney should

                   be communicated in a confidential work-product format. Similarly, any information.
