nutritional value, your body has less material

with which to work. While fats and

carbohydrates help the body produce glucose

for the production of ATP, the body also the

needs vitamins, minerals and nutrients to

                    continuously maintain its structure and

function. When the body does not get the

nutritional components it needs, it is like a car

engine that is missing parts. If it does work, it

does not work very efficiently. This lack of

efficiency over time will cause fatigue.

                    The Nervous System

Pain and stress, which are both problems of the

nervous system, can eventually wear one out

and lead to fatigue. The concept here is simple.

There is an extra workload placed on the body

in addition to the usual day to day

responsibilities. Where the body can handle this

for a certain length of time, eventually it

becomes too much and the body becomes

exhausted. The degree of stress or severity of

pain will usually determine how quickly fatigue
