1. To explore the dynamics of the WCEN coproduction approach and factors that enable or hinder the
model’s success
2. To identify aspects of change taking place as a result of coproduction at the different levels of
systems, communities and individuals in Wandsworth
3. To identify mechanisms through which the coproduction model contributes to system concerns or
challenges (e.g. clinical governance, safeguarding and risk) within the wider health system
The following report presents findings from an evaluation study over two months, using a range of
methods that target the multiple layers of action and relationships related to the achievement of
coproduction.
