Fortunately, the ISU-CSIS TA project was selected as one of the top 24 Documented
Powerful Stories anchored on the results of the Citizen Satisfaction Index System (CSIS). In
November 2018, the University represented by the President and CSIS Project Manager was
invited to the launching of the compendium and to give a testimonial focusing on the impacts of
the project implemented by theISUProject Team.
In May 2019, the Project Team was invited by the DILG Region 2 to present the
success story of the project, to promote the culture of learning and knowledge sharing, to
promote innovative and sustainable service to Local Government Units to attain good
governance.
