What is it?
Choice Privileges is Choice Hotels’ award-winning, com-
prehensive loyalty program that rewards guests for their
business. The program is free for guests to join, and offers a variety of ways to use their

reward points.

What do I really need to know?
Rewards are great for guests, but they reward your business as well. How so? Guests
are:
• More likely to come back and stay at your hotel again
• More likely to book directly through ChoiceHotels.com, the most cost-effective
channel for you
• More likely to recommend your hotel to others

• More likely to leave a review for your hotel

Here are a few best practices to help you take full advantage of the program:

• Recognize all members when they arrive at your hotel, and wel-
come Elite members with a special gift.

• Promptly handle reward night stays

• Encourage employees to join - they can earn points just by signing
up guests
