What you can do:

The two most common actions taken from the BAR Calendar are editing rates & inven-
tory for a certain period of time and creating a Special Event.

• Editing Rates & Inventory

• Done through the Range Edit function
• Access one of two ways

• Using Range Edit, the following settings may be set or edited for a specified time
period:
• BAR Level
• Property CTA
• Property Guarantee and Cancel Policies
• Property MLOS
• Rate Plan MLOS
• Rate Plan Selling Limits

• Room Type Bucket MLOS
• Selling Limit Bucket inventory

• Creating Special Events
• Most properties are allotted 30 special
event days per year
• Allows rates to be set outside the BAR
structure

• Designed to meet needs for local events
(football games, festivals, concerts, etc...)
• Select Create Event from the Actions
menu
