SmartRates

SmartRates uses a wide variety of data to develop rate recommendations and display
revenue opportunities for your hotel. It works in tandem with Rates Center to develop

the recommendations and put accepted recommendations or overrides into action.

We’ll provide a basic overview here. If you would like more information on SmartRates

The Dashboard

You’ll do most of your work in SmartRates from the Dashboard. Here’s a quick over-
