done to communicate and advocate the utilization of
CSISresultstoimprove public service delivery by
developing a compendium on the best practices
conducted by LRI grantees of the DILG Technical
AssistanceProgram.
The result of the study was presented
duringtheInternational ConferenceonGovernanceand
Partnership, and Technology Exhibition on Climate
Change Adaptation (CCA) and Disaster Risk
Management in Local Governance last October 23,
2018 at the Marco Paulo Hotel, CauayanCity,
Isabela.
Fortunately,theISU-CSISTAprojectwasselectedasoneofthetop24DocumentedPowerfulStoriesanchoredontheresults of
theCitizenSatisfactionIndexSystem(CSIS).InNovember2018,theUniversityrepresentedbythePresidentandCSISProjectManagerwas
invitedtothelaunchingofthecompendiumandtogiveatestimonialfocusingontheimpactsoftheprojectimplementedbythe ISU
ProjectTeam.
InMay2019,theProjectTeamwasinvitedbytheDILGRegion2topresentthesuccessstoryoftheproject,to promote
thecultureoflearningandknowledgesharing,topromoteinnovativeandsustainableservicetoLocalGovernmentUnitstoattaingood
governance.
The ISU Project Team
