Benefits to Nonprofit Organizations:
                   1. Federations provide the opportunity for member organizations to reach many more potential donors than
                      they could on their own.
                   2. Federations allow member organizations to focus more resources and time on their core programs.
                   3. Federations provide marketing, fundraising, donor report and funds distribution services few charities
have the capacity to perform on their own.
                   4. Member organizations are assured that they receive complete and accurate information on all donations
and donors that give to their organization through the federation.
                   5. Many federations provide educational, capacity building, technological services, and other services to
their member organizations, increasing the value of their membership.

                 JMAT4Youth Federated Model

Community Organizations, and Nonprofits operate as Separate Corporations. An Independent Corporation can be
created in any zip code, if the newly forming Organization/Society decides to use JMAT4youth Logo or Name, it
must have the city of incorporation included behind JMAT4youth, for example JMAT4Youth of Atlanta or in case
of newly forming Jazz Society, JMAT4youth Jazz Society of Atlanta, if the incorporation city was Atlanta, GA.

Each Community Organization, and Nonprofit is liable for its own activities. The agreement with the Federation
founder governs use of trademarks, resources, etc. This type of setup gives individual Community Organizations,
and Nonprofits the most autonomy. A centralized structure can, among other things:

              1. Create a distinct brand
              2. Generate economies of scale
              3. Add a strong voice in advocacy
              4. Create greater visibility
              5. Level the playing field
              6. Provide consensus
              7. Share technology, administration, programs, platforms, and services
              8. Increase accountability if each Organization, and Nonprofit is legally responsible for its actions
