Focusing on communication, teamwork, and cultural awareness, this course shows how diverse
teams can work together to create memorable customer experiences. Through Seaside Sally’s
simulated workplace, learners practise greeting, interacting with, and serving customers —
gaining valuable transferable skills and self-belief.
