IMPORTANT INFORMATION
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
• All student learning and assessment material
• Marking of assessments
• Support from our tutors for ākonga at any time through our Student Help Desk Email:
support@its.ac.nz
• Admin support for a school is always available on schools@its.ac.nz
• Timely marking of assessments (within three weeks) + a free re-sit of an assessment [if required]
• E-Certificate
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
• Printed certificates - $15 excl gst each
MORE INFORMATION:
• Assessments will clearly indicate whether they are to be completed in an open or closed book environment.
• If they are closed book, the school/group must provide an environment where the student is supervised and
completes the assessment without reference to notes or assistance.
• Work experience placements for practical assessment are to be arranged by the school/group where required.
• If the ākonga is in a work placement, the supervisor or manager will be expected to provide and supervise practical
assessment.
• For Level 3 units, practical assessments must be completed in a workplace.
ITS SERVICE PROMISE:
• ITS will ensure that final results (including credits for any units achieved by students) will be reported to the school/
group/client no later than three weeks after (a) the completion of the course, or (b) all the assessment material is
submitted (whichever comes last).

WORKPLACES, IWI & COMMUNITY FOR SCHOOLS:
GROUPS: ITS will email an Authorisation to Report (A2R) no later
ITS will handle all NZQA reporting on your behalf. than three weeks after the course has been completed.
All schools report NZQA credits. Alternatively, please ask
if you require ITS to report NZQA credits.
