It is an honour to participate in the 5th international conference organised by the Doha Chapter
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), under the extremely relevant theme of
“Sustainability and Growth in the Digital Era”.

The conference will contribute towards the facilitation of meaningful discussions that address the
effect of digital technologies on economic activities, while offering new ways to meet the challenges
and opportunities of the fast-paced digital era.

I am also proud to say that the Doha Chapter of The ICAI is the first professional membership
organisation to register at the Qatar Financial Centre (QFC), and we appreciate the ICAI’s continuous
commitment toward professional development in Qatar.
