The MBDA Business Center - Dallas/Fort Worth has provided business and
financial consulting as well as procurement bid information for the past two and
half years to 2M Research Services, LLC. The Center staff met with Mr.
Marcus Martin, CEO/President of 2M on several occasions in order to provide
business as well as financial consulting to the company. Due the Center's
experience in the medical and research industries, opportunities in these
industries were provided to the company. As a result of the Center's efforts,
2M Research Services, LLC (2M) was one of companies awarded a multi-year
Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Federal Contract in the amount of
$500 million to support the Program Support Center of the U.S. Department of
Health and Human Services . 2M provides research and evaluation services in
the areas of policy assessments and analysis, program assessments,
evaluation design studies and data collection, performance measurement,
technical assistance, data analysis, document translation, production and
distribution of publications, and website support work. The Center also provided
government contract information on GIS related services.
