Networking Exhibition: Classic Cars Under the Stars

Vending Reception: Oct 28, from 6 -10 pm
The Alumnae Association of the Philadelphia High School for Girls announces
a call for entries for its upcoming vending opportunity entitled, Classic Car
Under the Stars, which will take place on October 28, 2016. As we spend
an evening reconnecting and reminiscing at an elegant mixer, we will also
provide opportunities for attendees to support their sisters and our alumnae
association via a networking affair. We will feature members of our alumnae
who have been invited to vend during the event.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Email Submissions:
• Email submission to aja@ghsalumnae.org with Network Vending in
the subject line.
• Work being considered for participation in our exhibition MUST be custom
made or owned by GHS alumnae.
Submit up to 5 digital images for consideration. 1 picture MUST show
your table display/setup.
4 pictures must show a detailed view of your handmade work/product being
presented, particularly if you sell different items.
Title JPG files with your last name, first name, and number, for example,
smithjoan_1.jpg.
Submission Fees:
Non-members of the AA: $149, includes ticket, cost of table, and annual AA
membership, valid until December 2017
Members of the AA: $109, includes ticket and cost of table
