OCT ACTION:

1  Begin submission of FY 2021 documents to ESB for processing. Annotate
documents that apply to FY 2020 and whether or not they have been
accrued.
 New Signature of Authority letters are due
 Obligating documents for FY 2021 Occupancy Rent Agreements and
Local/Long Distances Telephone Services provided by the GSA are due
 Any other IAAs for FY 2021 should be submitted to ESB to create associated
obligations.
