All renovation works pertaining to electrical are carried
out with in-house resources with replacement of 15 Nos
of 20W LED lights, 8 Nos of LED Street lights and 18 Nos

of BLDC fans. 3 No’s of Geysers provided as a new
provision.

 Rail Kalarang Optimization of AC plants:

 AC Plant Rail Kalarang/CKL (relocation & renovation work) - Previously condenser
units are not able to condensate upto optimal conditions due to obstruction in airflow.
All condensers units are elevated to higher level for optimal condensations there by
better cooling temperatures. Return air path also redesigned for better air
conditioning efficiency. Dampers are provided with controls for stopping the air flow
in non-running AC unit.
