b) On 29.10.2017 IPF/KCG with CPDS team consisting of Con.147 (Sri. E.Sunkanna)
and Con.371 (A.R.Sagar) with HG 433 (K.Janardhan goud) while checking rear
general compartment of Tr.No. 12785 for doping offences identified a suspect
drugging offender namely Md Mustaqim Khan S/o Late Safi Khan, aged about
36years, Occ: Business,N/o Ankari Village, Narhat P.S Nawada, Bihar state,
presently residing at 8-2/603, Jawhar nagar, Road No. 10, Banjarahills, Hyderbad,
who has committed doping offences previously in trains during the year 2016. He
was detained and on checking found “Atavin 2 Mg : tablets, biscuit packet and two
mobiles phone (Samsung-J7, LG make) in his possession. The suspected was
forwarded to GRP/KCG. Further GRP /KCG conducted through interrogation of the
accused, wherein he confessed of having committed doping offences previously
and the entire stolen property was recovered. The modus operandi of the accused
is to befriend the passengers, offer tea, coffee, cool drinks, juice, and water mixed
with sedative drug and to rob them when they are asleep. The accused was
arrested and connected to the following 07 cases;
