there by instilling confidence amongst Railway customers, Assistance to passengers,
retrieving and restoration of lost luggage, rescuing of runaway children and women in
distress, preventing drain of Railway wealth through fictitious claims, preventing/detecting
carriage of prohibited and dangerous goods through trains etc. This division is the recipient of
security shield for three consecutive years of 2017, 2018 and 2019.
