4o yrs, S/O Laxmiah, R/O Bairamalguda, LB nagar, Hyderabad, and kept watch/informants at his
house. On 25.03.2020 at about 15.00 hrs RPF and GRP staff raided at his house and
apprehended the culprit with recovery of entire stolen property. The accused along with the stolen
property was forwarded to GRP/KCG for further action. On 26.3.2020, the accused was arrested
by GRP/KCG duly connecting to Cr.No. 39/2020 U/sec.379 IPC.
ROBBERY CASE -2020
KCG: On 13.07.2020 the complainant of Sri Amir Khan S/o Babu Khan,
age:30 years, R/o Street.No.03, Badiyazid, Talapkatta, Hyderabad, N/o
Bhabupurwayahallo, Sehar, Khanpur, UP State lodged a complaint
stating that, on 12.07.2020 at about 21.00 hrs while he was returning
from work by crossing track in between YKA-HPG Rly stations, some
unknown persons attacked him on the face and snatched away his 02
small mobiles and Rs.2000/- all worth Rs.2,500/-.This was registered by
GRP/KCG in Cr. No. 57/2020, U/s 384 IPC on. On receipt of information
Sri. K.Laxmaiah SIPF/KCG, CPDS team and CIB/HYB teams interacted
with the victim and collected the clues. Basing on the inputs on 18.07.2020 the CPDS/CIB team
apprehended 04 suspects at Talabkatta and Yakuthpura area namely 1) Shaik Sohail @
KandeRao, S/o. Shiak Bhadroddin, R/o. Talab Katta, Hyderabad (2) Syed Fiyaz @ Takkar, S/o.
Syed Afzal Lafi, R/o. Mohammed Nagar, YKA, HYB, (, (3) Md. Ismail @ Shapak, S/o. Saleem, R/o.
Mohammed Nagar, YKA, HYB (4) Mohd Azaruddin, S/o. Mohd Yajullah, R/o. Mohammed Nagar,
YKA, HYB who were involved in the above crime and brought to post. After due preparation of their
history sheet forwarded the suspects to GRP/KCG with stolen property for further action. On
19.07.2020 GRP/KCG arrested them and connected to Cr. No. 57/2020, U/s 384 IPC and altered
the offence U/S 394.

Year- 2021

KCG: On 11/05/2021 at about 08.00hrs while on confidential watch against
ToPB offenders by CPDS Team, Sri. J. Sudhakar, ASIPF/KCG along with
CIB staff, apprehended one absconding accused at Budvel Rly. Station by
name Mahesh, age: 24 yrs, S/o Shamanna, R/o Bidar, Karnatka, now at
Netaji Nagar, Budvel in Cr.No. 18/2020, U/s 308 and 379 IPC. He was found
in possession of Mobile phones i.e., 1) Redmi Note 5 phone, Black Colour,
IMEI No. 869822038729783, (Pertains to Cr. No. 40/2020, U/s 379 IPC of
RPS Kacheguda), 2) Redmi Note-7 Blue Colour Phone with IMEI Nos.
888514047841839, 888514047841847 (Pertains to Cr. No. 18/2021, U/s 379 IPC of RPS
Kacheguda and 3) MI Phone, Black and Grey Colour with IMEI Nos. 867935021781868,
867935021781876 (Pertains to Cr. No. 23/2021, U/s 379 IPC of RPS Kacheguda). Total property
recovered worth is Rs.25000/- in 04 ToPB cases of GRP/KCG. The accused was forwarded to
GRP/KCG for further connection. After investigation, IRP/KCG arrested and connected the
accused in above crimes and seized the stolen property and remanded the accused after
completion of legal formalities. The CPDS Team of HYB Division made strenuous efforts in
detection of above ToPB offender.
