2.4 System Improvements by Mechanical (Power) Organization:

                   1)  “NO SPAD” Resolution Bell and Board provided at all lobbies.

                   2)  All LPs/ALPs are counselled to write pledge while signing on that “I will strictly
                       adhere to aspect of signal and i will not presume the aspect of the signals”.

                   3)  No crew should leave HQ  without prior permission during rest/PR. After return
                       from  leave/PR  declaration  is  being  obtaining  from  crew  that  they  have  availed
                       proper rest.
                   4)  As per HQ guidelines BA check was suspended to avoid spreading of COVID-19
                       and  random  BA  sampling  was  implemented  and  written  declaration  is  being
                       obtaining  from  crew  those  who  are  COVID  bye  pass  that  they  are  in  sober
                       condition.

                   5)  Chalakdal mobile app for contactless Sign On/Off is being implemented to avoid
                       spreading of COVID-19.

                   6)  Practical demonstration to ALPs on application of D1-Emergency when LP not
                       controlling train at danger signal is being carrying out by CLIs while conducting
                       Footplate inspection.

                   1)   Special focus is being done in counselling the staff on:
                         i.  Crew should not deviate from their driving duties.
                         ii.  They should follow Signal and only signal aspect and not to presume the
                            signals.
                        iii.  They  should  always  keep  their  train  well  under  control  according  to  the
                            signal aspect.
                        iv.  ALP  to  apply  emergency  brakes  without  hesitation,  in  case  LP  is  not
                            attentive or active in controlling the train according to the signal aspects and
                            when approaching Danger.
