• Represented Bobby Epstein, owner of the Austin Aztex, a Division 3 professional soccer club under the United Soccer League, in connection with the restructuring of Mr. Epstein’s ownership.
• Represented California Coast Credit Union in its Naming Rights agreement with San Diego State University for the University’s outdoor amphitheater and music performance space.
• Assisted UK sports company CSM Sports & Entertainment (Sebastian Coe, chairman), which is an arm of Chime, in several U.S. investments and with regard to the formation of U.S. entities, including CSM Soccer, Inc. and CSM Sports USA.
Guild and Union Negotiations
Our labor attorneys continue to represent our clients in labor law
matters, including residuals, credits disputes, union organizing, labor
arbitration, civil litigation, collective bargaining and practice before the
National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). We represented clients such as Lions Gate, Legendary, Nu Image, Icon and 2929 Entertainment in connection with a number of recent films, including: “The Expendables”, “Straight Outta Compton” and the Tupac Shakur biopic.

Our digital media attorneys represent video game and other mobile and interactive entertainment clients in connection with corporate, intellectual property, licensing, trademark, and various litigation matters. Our clients include: 5th Planet Games, A Bit Lucky, Addmired, Booyah, Electronic Arts, Game Empire Enterprises, Halfquest Games, Innovation Games, Playmesh, PlayMG, Seismic Games, Sony, and Universal Entertainment, Vivendi, VIZ Media, Yahoo!.
