As children they occasionally
spent time on weekends and
evenings accompanying their
accountant fathers to their
office, watching them work
and finding ways to amuse
themselves by sliding down
bannisters and ‘sneaking’
snacks and soft drinks from
the lounge.
But little did Mike Arndt, Mark Sims
and Nathan Graham realize that one

the Water Street North location and
contributing in other areas of the firm

Pinebush Road office, where the
respected Cambridge accounting
firm has been since 2000, he and
his partners not only share fond
memories of those days but discuss
the impact their fathers – legacy
partners Peter Graham, Jack Sims,
and Larry Arndt, along with Richard
Mathew – had on their future business
endeavors.
Accounting firm continues “We were seeing first-hand that this
was a bit more of a people business
then you might expect, or typically
to count on evolution think about,” says Mike. “We got to see
what this profession was all about in
terms of the hours and family life, and
the lifestyle it could provide.”

late John Pinchin in 1967, Graham
