Our commitment to you!


    Our commitment to client service standard detailed below is
    unconditional, as is our desire to be accountable to you during the

    marketing period of your property.


    In the event that at any time during the term of this agency we fail to perform to
    these defined standards we accept your right to terminate our agency agreement,

    providing 24 hours notice in writing has been given to us by you, the client.


     Marketing

     Marketing will be provided to you as per your instructions detailed in the Vendor
     Involvement Programme.


     After consultation with you we will prepare and submit a tailor-made comprehensive
     marketing programme designed to elevate your property in the marketplace which will
     attract the genuine buyers.


     We will provide a sign, window display, regular media advertising and conduct open for
     inspections (where appropriate) at times suitable to you.





                                                                                    Communication

           Communication will be provided to you as per your instructions details in the Vendor
                                                                                    Involvement Programme.

             Where a buyer has been introduced to your property we will regularly advise you of the
                                                                                   outcome of that inspection.


         Comprehensive and honest marketing reports will be submitted to you during the term of
                                                                                                      the agency.


           Marketing review meetings will be arranged with you to analyse activity to date and plan
                                                                                   future marketing strategies.


    Offers


    In the interest of obtaining for you, our client, the best possible price, before we submit to you
    any offers to purchase (in writing on an Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate as
    approved by the Auckland District Law Society), we will make every endeavour to
    communicate with every other interested buyer and give them the opportunity to also make
    an offer.


    Until such time as any conditional agreement to purchase becomes unconditional we will
    continue to actively and aggressively market your property and endeavour where possible to
    obtain a back-up agreement.
