Tender Day
Tenders may be conditional or unconditional and are usually accompanied with a
deposit cheque equal to 10% of the amount tendered.
You have complete control as you have the right to accept or reject any Tender
submitted.
No members of the public are aware of the final price that you accept as only you and
The Property Place Salesperson view the sealed Tenders.
By marketing without a price, this encourages the buyers to put the top dollar they
