Once you arrive on site for work, you must comply with the H&S policy and park
6 your vehicle in the company car park.

The company car park is the only location that you may park a private vehicle

Private cars are all parked on site at the owners own risk

Place on your PPE as soon as you exit your car and go to your company vehicle.

Where routes are not marked, i.e. in and around the centre of the yard caution
must be taken and the correct PPE worn at all times. Drivers are reminded to
remain vigilant at all times.

Remember all working time must be recorded onto the smart card
Collisions
and Once this is done report to the Transport office to obtain your paperwork.
Return to the vehicle and conduct your vehicle roadworthiness checks
Accidents
If any vehicle defects or vehicle damage has been identified report you’re finding
to the office before you leave the premises and mark it on your paperwork.

During your driver checks all roadworthiness defects must be reported and
if found the defect number marked on the vehicle check sheet

a) 1 x copy remains in defect book (White)
b) 1 x copy to transport office (Pink)
c) 1 x copy to workshop (Blue)
