Never tip the vehicle load with the sheet still over the trailer as

this will cause a vacuum and damage the sheet pole and sheet.

When opening the rear doors to tip:

Open the smaller door first. Once the door locks have been

opened Caution must be taken.

Now stand towards the trailer side walls and pull the door open

to avoid loose materials from falling onto you.

Open the large door second. Once both doors have been

opened secure them to the side walls of the trailer with the

chains and locks attached.

Before tipping can begin the airbags need to be

lowered to give the trailer more stability.
Tipper Operations

This is done by turning the leaver located next to

the trailer brake button to the left.

This will empty the airbags. (V2) – 06-01-2025 / Next R/D 05-01-2026
