Use of the Vehicle Torque Wrench:

General Information:

• When using the attachments for the torque wrench please

ensure that the long attachment bar is used on the wheel nuts

that are counter sunk into the wheel and the short attachment

bar is used on the remainder wheel nuts.

When using the torque wrench for the small (LF) DAF trucks

(Please ensue you are using the correct wrench) The settings for

these vehicles are all set to 500 Nm’s. This is a different torque

wrench to that used on the Scania vehicles and all trailers.
