Opening the Bin prior to tipping:

Driver must dismount from the vehicle wearing the

correct PPE. Driver to maintain awareness of surroundings

e.g. pedestrians, other vehicles and plant.

Unfasten the bin catch at the

rear of the vehicle.

Whilst remaining at the side

of the vehicle, push the door

away to open it.

Driver must walk around the RASSoW 08Q

front of the vehicle to the other RO-RO Lorry Operations

side to retrieve the door and
