Opening the Bin prior to tipping:
NB: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A DRIVER EVER WALK
BEHIND THE VEHICLE WHILST THE DOOR IS BEING OPENED.
Door to be clipped into place using the chain to ensure it remains
secure whilst tipping takes place.
