Slips, Trips Falls & Tip Over

The vehicle should only be tipped on level, solid ground. If this is not possible then DO NOT tip the
vehicle at all. The driver and supervisor should first agree the tipping area before any tipping

commences.

Once a suitable area has been agreed and the supervisor is happy that the area is clear then the driver
should then move the vehicle into position and conduct his “danger zone risk assessment” (DZRA).
The supervisor should remain in contact with the driver and at a safe distance until tipping is complete.
