Mid UK Recycling Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work

The driver is to read slide 10:

The Danger Zone Risk Assessment (DZRA)

If parked with the unit turned from the trailer the vehicle may become

unstable whilst tipping.

If in any doubt about the condition of the tipping area you MUST contact the Transport office for

advice.

The driver must read the Safe System of Work and Risk Assessment for Walking Floor Operations

before continuing.

Before loading:
Ensure all 4 twist locks are in place and hand tight.

Ensure the air, catches are engaged by pulling out the door
lock located on the offside front corner
