      Use the on-board weigher to gauge when you are fully loaded,

      you will need to raise the tipper body approximately 1

      foot for this to work.

      If in doubt of weight when loaded use the weighbridge to check.





      Before unloading:






      When you arrive at a site to tip you MUST ensure that the HGV unit and trailer is
      parked on a hard standing and even surface and that they are in line and not with the

      cab turned.


      Never tip the load with the sheet on as this will cause a vacuum

      during tipping and damage the sheet pole and sheet.


      Before tipping can begin the airbags need to be lowered to give

      the trailer more stability.

      This is done by pushing the dump button located halfway down                                                                                                             RASSoW11Q

      on the near side of the trailer chassis.                                                                                                                                  Tipper Operations

      The airbags will empty automatically
