Mid UK Recycling       Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work


     Before Starting:



                          The only person allowed to operate this machine, or any other
                          skip (Lorry) vehicle is the trained operator.



                          Under no circumstances are any other personal allowed
                          to use this machine.




     Operators must be aware that each vehicle will have levers that do the

     same job however they may be located within a different range and set

     up.



     Each operator is to be totally familiar with their own

     set up of levers.



     Full lever (Familiarisation) training will be given

     and arranged by the skip management staff if a

     driver changes lorry and the controls are different to                                                                                                                    RASSoW 09Q
