Mid UK Recycling       Driver Risk Assessment & Safe System of Work


     Before Starting:



                            During the operation of a skip the operator must ensure that
                            good observations about the vehicle and within the

                            immediate vicinity are conducted.



                            If at any time during the operation of a skip vehicle if any

                            persons or animals come into the operator's working area,

                            then the operator must stop work until safe practice
                            can continue.




    Listed on the vehicle within a yellow sign is also a declaration
    explaining no unauthorised user is to use this equipment.




    All operators are to read and comply

    to the operator’s guide shown on

    the side of each vehicle. Under no
