    Before Starting:



                           Driver Risk Assessment



                           DO NOT load, unload or exchange a skip without



                           conducting a visual Risk Assessment First





           Identify          Sufficient headroom clearance


           Identify          Any overhead wires and cables


           Identify          All slippery Surfaces


           Identify          Any manhole covers and greats


           Identify          Holes, Potholes and obstructions


           Identify          Identify Weak and decaying ground surfaces

         This list is not exhaustive. If the driver notices a risk prior to, during or after, then the risk
