ghee, and mixed with a sugary syrup before
setting. It is topped with almonds and white

Our chocolate-centred shortbread balls are a
delightful treat, coated in castor sugar for
that extra crunch with a hidden piece of

The coconut ice wheels are a different take on
classic coconut ice with a dual-colour, adding
an intriguing touch to sweetmeat displays.
They are made from dessicated coconut and
