Jalebi
Thin, crispy jalebi soaked in a sugar
syrup. R145/kg.
Penda, Soji Squares and Laddoo
Pendas are rich and creamy sweetmeats,
similar to burfee, but with a saffron milk
infusion. These are topped with a sliced
almond. R240/kg.
Soji squares are unique as they taste just like
wedding soji but in the form of a sweetmeat.
Made from semolina, sugar, condensed milk, a
few drops of vanilla essence and drizzled with
diced almonds, these sweetmeats will add a
touch of yellow to your displays. R150/kg.
Our laddoos are made from chana flour
boondi's, soaked in a sugary syrup and are
topped with edible silver foil to give it an
oriental feel. R180/kg.
