Mobile (iPhone & Android) – Quick Reference Guide
This job aid provides instruction on how to access Workday via an iPhone or Android phone.

Am I a Single Sign-On (SSO) or Non Single Sign -On (Non-SSO) user?
SSO users are those who login to the Kontoor Brands network with a user id and password
unique to him/ her. SSO users do not need a username and password to access Workday
as it uses
the current login credentials to verify the user. One requirement for an SSO user is to have a
unique Kontoor Brands email address. To request a ccess to Workday via SSO , please conta ct
your local HR representative.
Non-SSO users are those who access the Kontoor Brands network via a generic login or an
employee who has no access the Kontoor Brands network at all. These users will need to
login to Workday with a valid username (employee ID) and password.
