In addition to professional photography, I
will have a virtual tour of your home

created. A virtual tour gives prospective
buyers a feel for what living in the house
could be like – long before they make a
personal visit.

I will also take more casual video
segments from different living spaces in
your home for use on social media
platforms. Video enables us to “tell a
story” about your home – making an
emotional connection for buyers without

the formal feeling that sometimes a
virtual tour can provide. Through vide we
are able to address the emotional needs
for comfort, family, relaxation and more
that photos alone cannot communicate.
