abOUt tHE aUtHORs
Ceri Roderick is a Partner and Head of Assessment at business psychologists
Pearn Kandola, and has been designing and delivering tough interviews for
over 20 years. After a period with Deloittes, he joined Pearn Kandola in 2000,
working with blue chip companies and government departments, nationally
and internationally, on all aspects of assessment.
Stephan Lucks is a Managing Psychologist at Pearn Kandola where he
specialises in the design and implementation of assessment and development
processes for organisations, management and senior management
development, and one-to-one coaching. He is a Chartered Occupational
Psychologist with over 17 years experience.
