3. OUTCOMES
➢ Cite instances that the curriculum is responsive and relevant to the demand of the times.
The Bachelor of Public Administration (BPA) Program is designed in response to the need of time as follows:
1. Revision of curriculum undergoes the process which passes thru:
a. College council
b. Campus council
c. University council
d. Board of Regents (Approving Authority)
2. The program provides knowledge and understanding of fundamentals of good governance,
appreciation for the demands and challenges of public service, high ethical values for public service,
strong sense of duty to promote and protect public interest, adequate skills in management, and ability
to engage in scientific research and decision making.
3. Students and graduates of the program serve as researchers in government research projects;
4. Graduates serve as technical assistants and development managers in government agencies;
