➢  Described the graduate employment pattern (e.g., employer, jobs taken, span of time for one to get
               employment, etc.)
                  The results of the tracer study conducted by BPA students shows that 35% are working in the government
               institutions such as Local Government Unit of Echague, Local Government Unit of Echague, City Government
               of Santiago, Arm Forces of the Philippines.
                  The study further reveals that the number of permanent employees has the highest rate of 45%, followed
               by casual/contractual with 35%, and job order was 20%.
                  As to the length of time in looking for a job, the study reveals that graduates with 61%, has the length of 1
               year to below 2 years in looking for a job, followed by 12 or 39% on the length of 2 years to 3 years in length
               of time in looking for a job.

           ➢  Described mechanism feedback from employees regarding the graduate performance
                  A feedback mechanism instrument was designed to obtained information from the employer of graduates,
               this is stipulated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is signed between the intern and host government
               agency which states that “The cooperating LGU shall participate in the final evaluation of the student intern’s
               performance”. Evaluation form is provided by the University to the cooperating agency specifying the criteria
               for evaluation:
                      1.  General attitude towards his/her supervisor; assigned work or co trainees;
                      2.  Ability to do assigned work or task;
                      3.  Technical know-how;
                      4.  Attendance and punctuality;
                      5.  Resourcefulness
                      6.  Dependability and reliability; and
                      7.  General performance.

           3.  OUTCOMES
               ➢  Present evidences that faculty and students have commendable performance as a result of
                  administrative support.
