▪ MOA with Dept. of Interior & Local Govt. and Landbank Countryside Development
Foundation Inc. which focuses on the conduct of research projects to help improve local
govt administration in partnership with the IPAG project team composed of faculty and
student researchers.

▪ The department chair conduct class observation of faculty using the standard evaluation form for
instruction to determine the effectiveness of the faculty. Performance evaluation is conducted
every end of the semester by the department chairs. The faculty is rated on the basis of the
levels of performance from scale 1 to 5 with an adjectival rating from poor to outstanding

▪ To further ensure excellence and relevance in the delivery of instruction, the University has
pushed the bar higher to apply for an ISO certification and it successfully passed the rigorous
evaluation in May, 2015. The scope of the certification includes provision of instruction for Higher
and Advanced Education for College of Business, Accountancy and Public Administration,
College of Agriculture, College of Engineering, School of Veterinary Medicine, College of
Teacher Education, College of Nursing, Institute of Communication Technology and College of
Arts and Science.
