➢ Present evidences that graduate of the program are employable
A tracer study was conducted by BPA students (Cariaga, Furuc, Lozano & Samson, 2021) which
generally aims to determine how many graduates of Bachelor of Public Administration are employed and
how many of them got the job appropriate to their finished degree. The study also seeks to ascertain the
reasons of graduates’ length of waiting time before graduates get employed and the reasons on the
delay of employment.
The table below provides data gathered by the BPA student researchers on the employment of
graduates.
The table shows that most BPA graduates were employed with 53%. This was followed by 47%
who were Unemployed. As regards their employment, the study shows that the number of permanent
employees has the highest rate of 45%, followed by the Casual with 35% and Job order with 20%.
