Punches: Back fist, Reverse punch, Ridge hand

           Forms:
           Purple belt Form: Ooh-Su (Excellence)

           Blue belt Form: Hwa-Rang 1 (Korean Youth Group)
           Adv Blue belt Form: Hwa-Rang 2

           Kicks: Multiple Front, Round, wheel and Side kicks

           Self Defense against a punch (Step Back into a Karate Stance when

           done)
           1. Step right foot forward into a front stance, left Sudo block, right
               reverse punch, Right leg Front kick—Green belt add Right side
               kic—Purple belt add left elbow to head


           Self Defense
           Purple belt Attack: Bear hug from behind over arms

           Defense: Step left foot to the left into a horseback riding stance and
           punch arms out, right elbow, right groin strike, step left foot out to the
           front and right side kick.


           Blue belt Attack: Right arm bar from behind around neck

           Defense: Grab arm with both hands and tuck chin in their elbow, step
           right with right leg, pull arm down, elbow with left elbow, step around with
           left leg and right leg round kick.


           Adv blue Attack: Bear hug from behind under arms

           Defense: Press hands down on their grasp and step to the left and back
           with your left leg to break away, reach down and grab their foot and take
           them down.
