           Self Defense against a punch (Step Back into a Karate Stance when
           done)
           1. Step right foot forward into a front stance, left Sudo block, right
               reverse punch, Right leg Front kick—Green belt add Right side
               kick—Purple belt add left elbow to head


           Self Defense
           Gold Belt Attack: Right Hand grabs Left wrist

           Defense: Grab left hand with right, step back with right foot, pull hands
           to back shoulder, step with left foot and left elbow


           Green Belt: Attack: Double wrist grab from behind

           Defense: Step to left in horseback riding stance, right arm release and
           right elbow, step right foot around, change grip on left wrist to grab at-
           tackers wrist and reverse punch with right hand. Left round kick to abdo-

           men

           Purple Belt Attack: Bear hug from behind over arms

           Defense: Step left foot to the left into a horseback riding stance and
           punch arms out, right elbow, right groin strike, step left foot out to the

           front and right side kick.
