• The Right to privacy is included in Article 21.
• This right states that every person has the right to privacy and the privacy of
the citizens should be respected. Privacy breached and encroachments shall
not be tolerated and privacy invasions are punishable.
Violation of Fundamental rights
• Anybody violating the fundamental rights shall be punished.
• The violation of fundamental rights is not acceptable in the Indian constitution
and the victims can directly approach the Apex judicial body that is the
Supreme court in case of such violation.
• This is given in Article 32 of the Constitution.
Conclusion
The Fundamental rights are everybody’s rights. Every citizen must be aware of these
rights and exercise them with care.
At the same time, we should also know our fundamental duties and respect each
other's rights.
