Conclusion
The Election Commission of India is thus an independent and autonomous body that
ensures that the political environment of the country is free, peaceful and
transparent. The loopholes are being worked upon constantly. Apart from the
reforms initiated, there is a need for more changes in the electoral system and
greater transparency. Proper management reporting system for the election process
is required at state and central level.
We should also contribute our best efforts and cast our fair votes to fulfill our
responsibility towards the country.
