"     The best you will ever taste, don’t let




                                                                           the word Zucchini scare you away. I

           ZUCCHINI BREAD                                                 have made this for years and don’s tell
                                                                           anyone what type of bread it is and
                                                                                  they always LOVE it!!!)

                        Ingredients





                           2 cups sugar
                            3 cups flour

                 1 teaspoon baking powder

                         1 teaspoon soda
                    3 teaspoons cinnamon

                          3 eggs beaten

                  2 sticks melted margarine
                     2 cups grated zucchini

                       2 teaspoons vanilla

                     3/4 cup chopped nuts



                        Instruction





          Mix dry ingredients together and form a

          hole in center of mixture then add 3
          eggs, margarine, zucchini, vanilla & nuts

          Mix well and pour into 2 greased loaf
          pans or 5 mini loaf pans.

          Bake 325-glass or 350 degrees for 1

          hour.
          If you make into muffins bake at 325

          degrees for 11 minutes in muffin tins
