SUPER NACHOS










                                                           Ingredients



                                                                1 can refried beans
                                                                1-1/2 lbs of ground beef

                                                                1 large onion (chopped)
                                                                1 can green chilis (chopped)
                                                                1 cup grated cheddar cheese

                                                                1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
                                                                1/4-3/4 cup tomatoe & chile salsa
                                                                1 cup sour cream

                                                                1 avocado mashed
                                                                Sliced Ripe Olives
                                                                1 bag of Doritos or what ever chips

                                                                you like


                                                           Instruction




                                                             1. Spread the beans on the bottom of a

                                                               9X13 rectangular pan.
                                                             2. Brown  meat  and  onion  together  and
                                                               spread over the beans.

                                                             3. Top with 2 cheeses mixed together
                                                             4. Pour salsa over cheeses
                                                             5. Bake 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes

                                                             6. Remove from oven and top with sour
                                                               cream, garnish with avocado & olives.
                                                               Serve with chips
